This hotel is amazing value for money. The location is perfect, just by the beach and a minute walk to surf rental places. The staff here are incredibly kind and go out of their way to ensure you have a great time. The breakfast is absolutely insane, with a variety of delicious options to choose from like omelets, sausages, fresh fruit, and pancakes.
I can't think of anything negative about this hotel, it was perfect.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location is unbeatable - just across the street from the beach. I loved waking up to the sound of the waves every morning. The rooms were clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated with cute paintings on the walls. The beds were big and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfasts were also a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Definitely great value for money!
All was perfect, no complaints whatsoever.

This hotel is an absolute steal for the price! The location is perfect, right across from the beach and just a minute's walk to surf rental places. The staff here are the kindest people in the world, going above and beyond to ensure you have a great time. Plus, the breakfast is insane - a huge variety of fresh and delicious options, enough to satisfy even the hungriest of guests!

This hotel had two redeeming qualities: it was located close to the beach and offered free surfboard rentals. the convenience of being able to walk to the beach and start surfing right away was amazing. Plus, not having to pay for surf rentals saved me a bit of coin. Another advantage was the friendly staff who seemed genuinely invested in customer satisfaction.
The negatives outweighed the positives. the hotel was overpriced for the quality of rooms and services offered.

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the beach and convenient for surf schools and restaurants. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are comfortable and clean with well-designed bathrooms. the breakfast is great, with a variety of options, and there are additional facilities like bicycles and surfboards available for rent.
The hotel is located on a main road and can be a bit noisy at night, but this is a small price to pay for the convenience of the location.

We loved the warm and welcoming couple who run the hotel. Their attention to detail and dedication to making us feel at home was incredible. The breakfast was fantastic and varied every day, with both western and Sri Lankan options. The hotel had a great location across the street from the beach, with easy access to supermarkets and the bus stop. The large rooms with big beds were comfortable and clean. The staff was very accommodating and always available to answer any questions.

Loved the breakfast spread and the location of the hotel. The breakfast was really filling and had a lot of variety. We had a great time exploring the area around the hotel. The beach is really close to the hotel and it was amazing.
The room was not clean and had a weird smell. The shower had no separation and the bathroom floor got wet every time someone showered.
